CONFERENCE CANCELLATION NOTICE

We have been closely monitoring developments related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), and are saddened to inform you that we are cancelling plans for GBC 2020 in Toronto next month.

Alternative Plans:
We plan to proceed with the GBF Leadership Awards, albeit without an in-person awards ceremony.  We have received some incredible submissions and are excited to share these with you.  We are also working on options to connect and give back to the global community of student leaders and GBC alumni in lieu of an in-person conference this spring, and ask that you stay tuned for more information.

Refunds:
We will be issuing full refunds to those who have already registered.  Please watch for this in the coming days, and feel free to contact our CFO, Joe Sciarrino, directly at joe.sciarrino@graduatebusinessforum.com with any refund-related questions.

Other questions:
Please feel free to direct any other questions to gbc2020@graduatebusinessforum.com.

Warmest regards and best wishes for your health and safety on behalf of the GBC2020 team,

About the Conference

Since 1983, the Graduate Business Conference (GBC) is the only annual, global MBA and graduate business student leadership conference in the world. Hosted at a different member university each year in collaboration with the Graduate Business Forum (GBF), the GBC brings together student leaders from the world’s top business schools. By exposing exceptional student leaders to their peers from across the globe, the GBC creates a unique environment to engage in dialogue and debate issues facing student leadership, management education and society.

The GBC has brought together global leaders for more than 35 years. Today, our global community consists of over 3,000 leaders who inspire and support each other in personal leadership development and making a difference.

Each year, the incoming and outgoing MBA and graduate business school student association presidents from the world’s top business schools are invited to attend. Additionally, past GBC participants are invited to return for an Alumni Summit featuring exclusive, alumni-only programming as a supplement to the main conference event. In 2020, the 37th annual Graduate Business Conference will be hosted by our esteemed member school, The Schulich School of Business, York University, in Toronto, Canada.
